About Tiffany

Tiffany Todora Fulmer, ASID, started Cozy Couture Interiors in 2008.  She has been designing and decorating  homes for over 18 years in Dallas and has recently expanded both residential and commercial projects into New York City, The Hamptons, Denver,  Key Largo, Houston  and LA.  Her immense success over the last eighteen years has been almost completely referral based, which Tiffany finds is a crucial determining factor when selecting a designer. 

Tiffany grew up in East Dallas and graduated from Southern Methodist University. She also continued her Interior Design studies at The Art Institute of Dallas.  She is a true Dallasite and comes from a long line of local entrepreneurs. She has a significant following in East Dallas, The Park Cities and the Preston Hollow areas. 

Best known for her bold pops and eclectic modern mix, Tiffany is not afraid to mix any style together in a room. She swears that following a typical design rule will make her work monotonous and mundane, which she refuses to partake in.. If she likes it, she mixes it.  If someone says you're not suppose to blend the patterns together...even better!

Tiffany is a member of the American Society of Interiors Designers as well as the National Association for Women Business Owners. She has had numerous projects as well as her own home featured on the 2019 Lake Highlands Women's League Home Tour as well as project homes in The Swiss Avenue Home Tour and The Lakewood Home Tour.  Tiffany has been featured on The Nate Berkus Show and her designs have gained attention in The Dallas Morning News, Advocate Magazine, D Magazine,  Paper City , Candy's Dirt, Modern Luxury and Luxe Magazine.  Tiffany was also selected as a 2018 Nationwide Tastemaker top two finalists in the Best Residential Space category.  She was recently voted as The Best Interior Designer of 2019, 2020 and 2022 by The Advocate Magazine in Dallas.  Cozy Couture Interiors was also featured on Destination Dallas in 2022 on CBS and Amazon Prime. 

In Tiffany's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Clint, and two girl's, Scarlett and Savanna, along with her fur babies, Scout and Charlie. She also loves rummaging around furniture consignment stores, discovering new art galleries and artists, traveling to Europe and escaping for quick weekend getaways to her Cedar Creek lake house . AND...last but definitely not least,  Tiffany loves visiting her daughter's at Ole Miss University to catch some good ole SEC football games!
